Job description
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Develop trustful relationships with key decision makers at defined strategic accounts in our focus industries
- Proactively drive & develop existing as well as new business fields in our focus industries: Oil & Gas, Chemical & Energy Sector
- Understand industry requirements and key customer needs, collaborate with the Customer Success team and technical departments to create features and functionalities required to win specifications
- Develop & execute a Business / Action Plan for individual strategic accounts to reach the budgeted quota
- Demonstrate ER Solution & different robot platforms to customers remotely & onsite
- Expand the relationships with the defined large accounts by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives to achieve mutual agreement
- Manage & execute customer workshops on- & offline
- Drive the global standardization at strategic accounts in order to establish Energy Robotics' solution as the preferred software supplier for automotive mobile robots & drones
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE?
- A technical degree or a business degree with proven technical professional experience in the Engineering field
- A minimum of five years of successful experience in selling technical products and a track record for exceeding sales targets
- Strong presentation skills
- Outstanding listening attitude for in-depth understanding of large accounts and their position in the industry including the ability to approach C-level managers
- Hunter mentality
- Strong negotiation skills, with ability to get signed large accounts contracts
- Passionate about Robotics
- Fluency in English and German required
