Embark on the role of Technical Authoring Specialist, overseeing technical authoring, documentation, automation, compliance, performance analytics, and cost efficiency. Responsibilities include researching and writing product manuals, technical guides, and educational content. You ensure the documentation is clear, concise, and user-friendly, catering to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements include a strong technical understanding of digital mixer products, apps, as well as studio and recording equipment, excellent writing and editing skills. Experience with customer engagement on social media or familiarity with software documentation tools is a plus.
You'll collaborate with engineers and the marketing team to align content with product launches and updates. Engaging with customers on social media and collaboration platforms to gather feedback is also part of the role.
