Job Description

• Be part of a mixed team of experts and project managers for diversity, equality and inclusion at Bosch. During your internship, you will contribute to the development and implementation of new and effective measures and mechanisms within the company.
• Last but not least, you will also bring in your own ideas and impulses, based on your own analyses and benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor or Masterstudies
• Experience and Knowledge: practical knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint; ideally some experience of working in large companies through other internships
• Personality and Working Practice: communicative, supportive and analytical
• Enthusiasm: affinity with the conceptualization and implementation of diversity, equality and inclusion in large organizations
• Languages: good in English and German (written and spoken)

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 - 12 months (if the total duration of the internship exceeds 6 months, confirmation as mandatory internship is required for the entire period according to the study regulations)

Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university. Please attach your CV, transcript of records, enrollment certificate, examination regulations and if indicated a valid work and residence permit.
