Core Responsibilities
- Contract commercial Terms &Conditions review & risk control, and submit proposal to sales dept. on bidding activities including checking commercial terms deviation etc.
- Fill in cost pre-calculation schema
- Set up Sales Quotes and Sales Orders in in ERP system (Navision)
- Order handling working with Sales and Project Manager
- Billing process and payment tracking
- Monitor Account Receivable
- Ensure that national work safety regulations, environmental regulations and enterprise rules and regulations shall be implemented in the department
- Implement company & department’s quality policy and goals
Knowledge /Languages
Solid commercial skills in commercial risk analysis, contract management and order handling
- Ability to interact with sales and cross functions to achieve a successful order processing from start to finish
- Good understanding of core business processes
- Basic finance, accounting and legal knowledge
- Advanced computer skills and profound usage of MS Office, experience in Navision is preferred
Experience
- 2+ years’ working experiences in Accounting, sales support, purchasing, commercial operations
- Bachelor’s degree
