Working Student Project Management Office (PMO) (m/f/d)
EXTEDO is seeking a motivated and organized Working Student to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. The PMO is responsible for managing and implementing projects, and the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and support of the project teams.
Your Tasks - as important as our Software:
- Assisting the PMO team in the planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing of projects
- Collaborating with project managers, project teams and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met
- Tracking project progress and identifying potential issues, and assisting in the development of PMO solutions
- Creating of projects in the project management tool and further automation of the process
- Creation of project control Excel sheets
- Generation of ad-hoc reports for Professional Services management
- Development of operations reports to analyze project performance
- Participating in project stand-ups and providing support as required

- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as project management, business administration, or engineering
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, formulas)
