You can expect the following
- Development of innovative strategic concepts for acquiring new construction projects and tenders
- Positioning as a competent and innovative contact person for demanding construction projects
- Identifying new market and contract opportunities in the global architecture sector and aligning them with company strategies
- Building networks with potential clients, in project development, in tender processes, and with project owners
- Acquisition of new contacts and projects, as well as care and maintenance of relationships with clients
- Project research for tenders, competitions on online portals, and in the press, both nationally and internationally
- Creating individual texts, graphics, and presentations for a compelling representation of the company internally and externally
- Close collaboration with internal planning studios and the communications-team
- Assistance in preparing application documents for tenders and competitions.
You bring along
- Understanding of development and design processes in architecture: Familiarity with the construction industry and its characteristic dynamics
- Relevant professional experience in the fields of construction, real estate, acquisition, or communication
- Degree in architecture, interior design, communication design, or a related field is advantageous
- Conceptual skills in market research and market development, as well as an instinct for market opportunities and needs
- Passion for architecture and marketing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the talent to proactively engage with people
- Excellent language proficiency in German and English
