As a Product Owner Cloud Application, you have the chance to design the technology to enable Caregivers in hospitals to take care of critically sick patients more easily. You develop the User Interface and Analytics functions of patient monitoring devices enabling workflows to detect patient deterioration earlier and present actionable results to the user. This role is an excellent opportunity to be in the first row when creating an important piece for the next generation platform. This platform will enable us to deliver state of the art solution on latest industry technology. This will enable you use cutting edge technology and grow your skill set over time.
Your role:
- You will contribute and review program vision, roadmap and content presentations; prepare and participate in release planning, contribute to program increment planning, program backlog refinement, and preparation / prioritization of portfolio backlogs to continuously synthesize into program backlog and then to team backlog. You will draft the team’s specific objectives for the program increment. You will define iterations and stories for the team(s), Build, edit, review and reprioritize the team(s) backlog coordinating dependencies with other POs and have the primary responsibility for maintaining the story flow, possibly embedded in the agile team(s). You will defines stories and provide input for user story details and priorities, establish story acceptance criteria, accept stories into the baseline / the final iteration plan. You will supports team(s) with their story estimates and sequencing and facilitate and lead sprint planning and grooming sessions. You will Know the customers well and will use that knowledge in the role and will manage content deliverables and dependencies to external suppliers.
- You will be part of the R&D team that is tasked to deliver General Care patient monitor devices within the Hospital Patient Monitoring Group. The team takes responsibility for the overall solution and particular domain specific features. Requirements are provided by customers, application specialists, UX experts, and domain experts.
- This role offers you the flexibility to work in a hybrid model (3 days from the office and 2 days from home).

You're the right fit if:
- You hold a Master’s Degree (or equivalent degree) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other relevant Engineering field.
- You come from a Software development background, preferable using cloud technology
- You have significant experience in software
- You are motivated and drive agile team-oriented development
- You have experience with programming languages (C# /.NET, Typescript / React)
- You have experience with cloud/Microservice architectures (Kubernetes, Rancher, ArgoCD,
- You are a good team player, but also being able to finish tasks on your own
- You are eager to learn and improve continuously
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are conversant in English and fluent in German.
