We are looking for support for our internal IT systems
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated IT supporter (m/f/d) to take care of the installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of our IT systems, networks and software. As a competent contact person, you will also assist your colleagues and provide support.

Your job:

• Installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of our IT systems, networks and software
• Creating, implementing and documenting guidelines, security regulations and access authorizations for operating the infrastructure
• Error analysis and troubleshooting in the event of faults in the IT infrastructure
• Advice on the selection and procurement of IT infrastructure
• Support and instruction of users

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable
• Professional experience in the IT support environment
• Structured and independent way of working
• Committed, reliable and friendly demeanor
• Communicative and organizational skills
