As a new (Senior) Sales Manager / Country Head (m/f/d) l United Kingdom, you will give every company from start-ups to large corporations the opportunity to package their own products individually, easily and flexibly. We make it as easy & digital as possible for the customer, using e-commerce and state-of-the-art systems (CRM, automation, 3D models).
We start with small teams in the new market, but step by step with increasing sales of Packiro in ‘your’ country, the team size will grow as well. With Packiro you have the chance to start a new business in the huge packaging industry, let’s make the Packiro internalization to a joined success.
For your daily work: Your future customers will include coffee roasters, CBD retailers and big players in the food industry. You'll find product packaging realized through your projects in supermarkets, boutiques and cafes.
Bring your experience to a dynamic team, take direct responsibility and shape your individual approach with your own ideas. Along a structured plan, you will continuously develop your sales and product know-how and transparently achieve your financial and business goals.
As Packiro is part of the Siegwerk Group, you will build on the stable foundation of a global player with 180 years of packaging know-how.
Your Challenges
- Be responsible for the sales expansion into the UK market, do sales on your own and build up a solid customer base
- Qualify existing hot leads or independently convince cold leads of our packaging innovations
- Build a pipeline of suitable new customers and increase their sales in the long term
- Become an industry expert in sustainable packaging
- Make a name for yourself in the scene by networking and selling Packiro's sustainable packaging solutions to potential new customers at European trade shows, innovation days and start-up events
- Based on our joined success: Build up a sales organization in the UK and steer the strategic and operative business
- Work with our CRM (Salesforce) and store system
Your skills
- At least >5 years of sales experience in new customer acquisition and key account management
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a sales driven mentality
- Very good knowledge of english (native language desirable), other lenguages are an advantage
- No in-depth expertise of packaging? No problem! We are looking for sales talents and will introduce you step by step to the topic of packaging
- Initial experience with CRM tools, such as Hubspot and Salesforce.
