To ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements, we are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager in Darmstadt, Germany.

Job Summary: We are actively looking for a proficient Technical Project Manager with expertise in electronics or telecommunications. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing and efficiently managing technical projects from initiation through to completion. You are an ideal candidate if you have a comprehensive grasp of electronic systems and telecommunications, along with outstanding project management skills.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the collaborative planning, execution, and delivery of intricate technical projects within the electronics or telecommunications domain, ensuring collective success in timeliness, scope, and budget adherence.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, vendors, and stakeholders, to collectively define project requirements, articulate shared goals, and outline deliverables.
• Evaluate project risks and take proactive measures to implement effective mitigation strategies, ensuring the achievement of successful project outcomes.
• Keep a vigilant eye on project progress and communicate regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting milestones achieved, challenges faced, and overall successes.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to guarantee compliance with industry standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks across all project deliverables.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project performance metrics and introducing process enhancements to optimize efficiency.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and upper management, effectively conveying project statuses, addressing issues, and providing well-founded recommendations.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in effectively overseeing technical projects within the electronics or telecommunications industry.
• Thorough knowledge of electronic systems or telecommunications infrastructure, protocols, and technologies.
• Strong project management skills, including hands-on experience with diverse project management tools and methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, showcasing the ability to collaborate seamlessly across teams and organizational levels.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken German to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in analyzing complex technical issues, devising solutions, and making sound decisions under pressure.
• A Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) would be a valuable addition
