Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to join the Accounting Systems Division (ASD) ASD is mainly responsible for Finance business cycles optimization Finance systems implementation support and administration. In addition to implementing digital solution for the Controllers and Treasury admin areas. ASD is also responsible for executing Payroll and Month/Year end processes. The department personnel are mainly business system analysts who understand both the business and the IT solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Works with organizations at all levels to maintain the corporate management information system for policy decision making.
- Conducts feasibility studies business cases and project proposal reports.
- Prepares user manuals and documentation for business system implementation.
- Interfaces with IT during the design and implementation of ITbased business systems providing support to IT as needed.
- Provides support advice and business procedures to maintain data integrity within department business organizations.
- Delivers training to operational and staff personnel to maximize the effectiveness of Business Systems.
- Prepares conversion plans and user installation plans for applicable organizations.
- Maintains communication with IT Liaison representatives in other departments for knowledge sharing.
- Ensures alignment between system configuration and corporate policies.
- Analyzes and evaluates current systems identifies business and operational requirements and assists in the design development and launch of systems to support core business functions.
- Leads business system studies reviews recommends improvements and enhances complex business systems within the assigned area.
- Assumes the role of department representative in business system development and effectively represents the respective department.
Requirements:
- This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran Saudi Arabia.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science MIS or a related discipline.
- Advanced business degree (e.g. MBA) and/or professional certification (e.g. CMA) preferred.
- 12 years of related experience.
- Business system analyst skills including information analysis and process improvement.
- Strong problem analysis and resolution abilities.
- Experience with SAP/Finance Modules is desirable.
- Excellent command of oral and written English.
