Job description
As a Senior Clinical Scientist you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.
o Reviewing patient medical data (both – ongoing per subject and cumulative medical data review) according to the Medical Review Plan (MRP) during the course of the study to indentify possible safety issues and to ensure the medical integrity of the data
- Provide answers for medical/safety questions from the Study Team, investigators, study coordinators and
physicians.
• Be the primary medical resource on larger and more complex clinical research trials.
• Working with the Study Team, determine feasibility of sites to perform specific clinical trials.
• Perform training of the study team, monitors, site staff and CRO staff (if applicable) on medical aspects of the
study, indication and compound.
• Independently draft the Medical Review Safety Reports.
• Review medical narratives and ensures that the narratives meet an acceptable medical standard in the Clinical
Study Report (CSR).
• Provide medical input into creation of statistical tables/listings.
• Support the coding team for medical history, concomitant medications and adverse event coding.
• Review the statistical tables and help interpret clinical data for the CSR.
You are:
- Required to have 4-5 years of experience working as a clinical scientist
- Must have previous pharma / clinical trial experience
- The right candidate will have strong understanding of clinical trial regulations in the clinical research industry and regulatory institutions (ICH, FDA, EMA)
- Exposure to working in different therapeutic areas and diseases
- Should have exposure to protocol writing and evaluating
