Job description
Sogeti is looking for a Data Scientist specialised in the Artificial Intelligence to join our company. As part of the Insights & Data department composed of smart & dedicated people like yourself who make an impact with both internal and client stakeholders, you will be involved in IT projects related to data life cycle management as well as in AI projects , from our office in Bertrange or directly on client premises. At Sogeti, consultants can work with a variety of different customers, tools and methodologies; something that would otherwise take many years to gain. If Artificial Intelligence, data validation, data processing and analysis have no secret for you, then this role is for you! Your challenge Explore and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights; Preprocess and clean data to ensure its suitability for AI model development; Design and develop Machine Learning models using various algorithms and techniques; Implement deep learning models for tasks such as image recognition, natural language processing, and recommendation systems; Identify and engineer relevant features to improve model performance; Collaborate with domain experts to incorporate domain knowledge into feature selection; Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics; Fine-tune and optimize models for improved accuracy and efficiency; Deploy AI models into production environments; Collaborate with software engineers to integrate models into existing systems; Implement monitoring systems to track the performance of deployed models; Iterate on models based on real-world performance feedback; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, business analysts, and domain experts; Participate in presales activities together with the Sales team; Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Your profile Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R; Experience with Machine Learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn); Knowledge of deep learning architectures and techniques; Solid understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies; Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Education Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science) with 5 years of experience in Machine Learning field. A background check within the framework PSF will be requested upon hiring (criminal record, Education degrees, diplomas & certifications).
