We are looking for the next possible date for a
Head of IT (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- As a leader, you will actively manage the development of an IT infrastructure team consisting of 5-6 highly motivated employees and trainees.
- Your responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of central server, storage & backup systems as well as individual workstations.
- You configure, maintain and monitor IT systems and are responsible for the comprehensive documentation of the IT infrastructure.
- You drive innovations and projects in close collaboration with internal/external stakeholders
Your qualifications
- You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
- You have already gained experience in the technical and disciplinary management of an IT infrastructure team
- Your several years of experience in the field of IT infrastructure, particularly in the areas of Windows servers, network technologies, Active Directory, storage systems and IT security, is invaluable.
- Knowledge of system administration (Windows Client/Server, Microsoft Azure and/or Linux) and networking is an advantage.
- Project management experience, initiative, a sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team make you the perfect talent (f/m/d)
