Job description
Leading company in the field of soil and foundation consolidation.
The candidate will be in charge of daily administrative activities and support our team in optimizing business processes.. He/she will be responsible for a number of key tasks, including receiving phone calls, checking and sending quotes prepared by salespeople, recording accounts, and preparing purchase orders.
Essential Requirements:
-Excellent knowledge of the German language
-Organizational and planning skills
-Excellent communication skills and Customer and Results Orientation
-Previous experience in administrative management
-Basic knowledge of German accounting management
Preferred Requirements:
-Knowledge of DATEV accounting software
-Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
-Knowledge of the Italian language
