Your mission
- You are responsible for the digital services and customer support in our Partner Portal for our customers from the Netherlands.
- You will create, define and consolidate FAQs linked to the Partner Portal in Dutch.
- You will integrate it into our CRM to promote self-help for our members and provide them with improved support.
- You will manage and structure documentation according to internal and external specifications.
- Depending on your experience and knowledge, you can take on other tasks with a focus on Customer Care.
Your profile
- You are an enrolled student in a commercial or technical field with fluency in Dutch and good English language.
- You have a good understanding of the end-to-end customer journey.
- You have in best case good knowledge with a CRM or ERP system.
- You are strongly customer oriented, have good communication skills and also being very good self-organized.
- You are an analytical person, in a holistic way of thinking and high solution oriented as well as flexible.
