Your mission

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technical support team and our customers. This hybrid position entails direct interaction with customers to resolve queries related to our food testing devices, provide guidance on device usage, and troubleshoot potential issues. The ideal candidate will not only support our existing customer base but also engage with prospective customers, offering technical insights and demonstrating the value of our products. Effective communication, a deep understanding of food science, and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role. 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively engaging with a diverse range of clients, including professionals in the food industry, government food inspectors, public health officials, and NGOs, showcasing adaptability and cultural sensitivity. They should also possess deep knowledge of food industry regulations and standards, underpinning a strong commitment to public health and safety.

• Technical Training & Project Execution: Lead sessions on equipment and best practices, manage technical projects.
• Customer Interaction: Address inquiries, guide on device usage, and troubleshoot to enhance satisfaction.
• Product Demonstrations: Showcase our products' value and applications to both potential and existing customers.
• Feedback Implementation: Relay customer feedback for product development and improvement.
• Support Service Enhancement: Create packages to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
• B2B Business Development: Forge and nurture relationships with business clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions to drive mutual growth. 

Your profile

• Strong presentation skills and ability to lead training with large groups of people in diverse envirnments
• Strong technical background, university degree in life sciences with focus on food, feed, nutrition, analytics, health 
• Good knowledge of communication and active listening
• Passionate problem solver with business understanding
• Strong knowledge of current products 
• Excellent client-facing skills
• Ability to effectively juggle multiple projects/assignments at one time and deliver high quality results in timely fashion.
• Ability to work in an environment where priorities and tasks may change quickly.
• Determined and passionate about quality, efficiency and customer focus
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
