As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building lasting relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. The ideal candidate is a results-driven individual with a strong background in engineering software sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding targets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse and innovative team in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities
- You develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer relationships.
- You identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and through targeted prospecting.
- You prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our engineering software solutions.
- You stay abreast of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and news sources to remain informed about the evolving dynamics of the corporate world.
- You utilize methodologies like MEDDIC, BANT, ANUM, and CHAMP to qualify and prioritize opportunities effectively.
- You are a charismatic storyteller, challenge customer thinking, and handle objections with charm to spark interest and generate demand.
- You lead customers with clarity, anticipate and resolve roadblocks, and manage stakeholders to ensure a smooth and effective sales pipeline.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree
- At least, 2-5 years of experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the engineering software industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Experience with sales intelligence software, such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, or Cognism.
- Knowledge of the engineering software market, including Cloud computing, SaaS, CAD, CAE, CFD, and FEM.
- Fluent in English and German.
