Your tasks will include:
Consulting internal departments in all questions regarding the implementation of requirements in the Atlassian environment (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Fisheye) or for other project management applications.
Administration, configuration and further development of the responsible applications
Customizing of the applications via low-code and no-code
Efficient execution of incident and problem management as well as ensuring 2nd and 3rd level support for application related requests
Management of IT projects in compliance with the specifications regarding time, content & costs
Coordination of external service providers
Successfully completed studies in (business) computer science or a similar course of study with an IT focus, or comparable training
Professional experience in conception, operation and consulting in the Atlassian environment
In-depth knowledge of the Atlassian applications Jira and Confluence required
Professional experience in the digitalization and automation of processes
Methodical knowledge and ideally certification in project management and ITIL
Independent and solution-oriented way of working, as well as a high willingness to perform and learn
Confident communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing
Fluent in written and spoken English
