We are looking for full-time / part-time (50-80%)
IT Administrator (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- 1st and 2nd level user support
- Administration of Windows clients, mobile devices and operating system installations
- Support for applications and systems
- Setup and configuration of PC workstations
- Support for telephone systems, PC hardware and peripheral devices
- Contacting external service providers and communicating technical problems
- Procurement, inventory and documentation of hardware and accessories in the client area
- Support with the implementation of internal IT projects
What you should bring with you
- Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. IT specialist) and initial professional experience in 1st and 2nd level support. We are also happy to give experienced and motivated career changers (m/f/d) with extensive IT knowledge a chance
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and Windows operating systems, ideally initial experience with Citrix products
- Basic knowledge of Windows servers, printer management and Active Directory is an advantage
- Analytical and solution-oriented way of working, strong service orientation and a high sense of responsibility
- Willingness and ability to familiarize yourself with complex systems
- Fluency in written and spoken German
