(Junior) Process Manager (m/f/d)
(unlimited, full-time) Join our team at our location in Varberg – flexible working conditions available
These are your tasks:
- As part of a future five-person team within Operational Finance, you will support efficient processes relating to the General Ledger (GL) in our Phoenix production system as a Junior Process Manager
- You are the link between Operational Finance and the functional unit Tech and at the same time part of a multidisciplinary team from the Product, Customer Management and IT departments
- You are the specialist for product innovations and the improvement of the current General Ledger setup
- You model digital booking processes and create system requirements, which are then implemented in collaboration with IT
Your profile:
- Successfully completed degree in business administration or comparable training, preferably in the field of accounting
- Initial practical experience, preferably 1-2 years of professional experience in finance or process management
- Very high affinity for IT and good MS Office skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as problem-solving skills
- You enjoy communicating confidently in written and spoken German and English
