TRAINEE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGY INTERNATIONAL IN CORPORATE STRATEGY (M/F/X)

The DHL Group’s Corporate Strategy department located in Bonn is responsible for all major strategic initiatives and projects within the Group incl. the DHL Sustainability Roadmap and reports directly to the Group CEO. We focus on group-wide strategic projects that typically involve more than one division. In general, projects are characterized by the high level of top management involvement, the international context and worldwide relevance.

Your tasks

• Conduct analysis of a topic, provide fact-based assessment and summarize key findings in a presentation
• Engage with stakeholders on the progress of a group-wide project or initiative and draft decision-making templates
• Develop meeting/workshop concepts with a focus on what should be achieved/what the outcomes should be

Your profile

• Master Graduation before October 1st, 2024
• First professional experience (up to 3 years) in Consulting, Corporate Development/Strategy, ESG topics; international experience
• Fluent English skills
• Very good analytical skills and strong problem-solving skills
• Open-minded and a good team player
• Excellent communication skills and proactive working style
