Senior People Development Specialist Europe (m/f/div)

The European HR Department is providing and coordinating European HR services for all our group companies in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Specialist in People Development to design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive learning programs that align with our business objectives and employee development needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent development, a strong understanding of adult learning principles, and a proven track record of delivering impactful learning solutions.

Learning & Development:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and develop learning objectives that support business goals.
• Design and deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences using a variety of instructional techniques and modalities, including e-learning, virtual instructor-led training, and in-person workshops.
• Develop and manage learning content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with best practices and industry standards.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching and support to managers and subject matter experts on learning and development best practices and techniques.
• Stay up to date on emerging trends and technologies in learning and development and incorporate innovative approaches to enhance the learning experience.

• Master’s degree in psychology, organizational development, education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery.
• Coaching certification.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and evaluation techniques.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and multimedia development software.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, innovate, and drive results.
