Are you ready for an exciting challenge in agile IT project & product management? We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated leader who will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision of our new team. In this key position, you will not only build an agile project & product management team but also make a significant contribution to the successful adoption and integration of agile methods and processes in our organization.

What you can expect:

• Building and leading a high performing agile project & product management team
• Spearhead our agile transformation project in order to establish consistent standards and methods in agile project & product management to ensure a cohesive and efficient working approach
• Collaborating with Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Agile Coaches across diverse teams and regions, actively seeking and implementing advanced cross-functional best practices to optimize project or product outcomes
• Developing and implementing training and development programs to continuously strengthen competencies in agile methods and tools
• Cultivating and promoting our Agile Community
• Fostering an agile and collaborative work culture to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of teams
  

Your profile:

• At least 8 years of experience in leading agile IT projects or product teams, ideally including team leadership

• Profound knowledge of agile methodologies and agile scaling frameworks, preferred with certification in e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe, Agile Coach

• Experience in building and leading agile project management or product teams

• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and develop a team

• Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels within the organization

• Proficiency in both German and English, with strong negotiation skills
