Position Scope

The HR team strives to champion and advance an extraordinary experience for all associates to thrive and deliver. This leadership role, having regional scope, over multiple teams consisting of operations and functional areas. Consults with Sr. Leadership in setting strategy for area(s) of responsibility and creates plans of execution. Primary direct reports are people leaders, may have functional or specialist individual contributors reporting directly as well. Specific Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the operations of the regional HR team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of HR services.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, senior executives, and HR business partners to align services and ensure customer satisfaction
  3. Effectively manage budget and resources
  4. Drive culture of continuous improvement to enhance service delivery effectiveness through process optimization, automation, and leveraging emerging HR technologies
  5. Lead organizational change related to HR processes, systems, and service delivery models
  6. Oversee development and engagement of the HR team, through the talent lifecycle – acquisition, performance management, training, and succession planning.
  7. Oversee partnership with work counsels/unions to foster positive relations and local practices

Professional Qualifications

  1. Strong Labor Relations experience (grievances, contract interpretation, diversity, performance management, and government employment laws in EMA region)
  2. Minimum of 10 years of HR experience resolving complex labor issues in an international environment
  3. Experience working in a manufacturing company with internal production sites
  4. Experience developing/supporting European labor strategy
  5. Capacity to assess complex facts of cases and condense them to short comprehensive pieces of information
  6. Ability to coordinate geographically dispersed functional stakeholders/teams
  7. Strong knowledge of labor relations, diversity, performance management, and government employment laws in EMA region
  8. Ability to coordinate geographically dispersed functional stakeholders/teams
  9. M&A acquisition and integration experience desirable
  10. Experience Leading Leaders preferred
  11. Career succession potential
  12. English language fluency
  13. Willingness to travel

  10. Understanding financial principles, budgeting, and cost management to optimize resources and demonstrate the value of People Center initiatives
  11. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders

Education
