As a Working Student (f/d/m) or Intern Finance at Temedica you will gain a deep insight into our companys figures by assisting our Finance team in ensuring all financial processes run smoothly. You will play an active part in a variety of tasks ranging from budget analysis and reporting to help in the implementation of a new FP&A tool. You will conduct autonomous work and learn from a professional young and motivated team how the financials of a fastgrowing startup are structured holding a critical function in the health of our finances. Your Role with us
- You will assist in the preparation of financial statements and generate reports for management and stakeholders.
- You will analyze and organize data by learning how to use our financial software as well as assist in the implementation and improvement of financial systems.
- You will handle daytoday bookkeeping tasks invoices and accounts payable/receivable recoding financial transactions accurately and ensuring accurate payment processing.
- You will provide support for financial decisionmaking processes as well as assist in special financial projects.
What you bring to the table
- You have recently graduated or are in the end of your studies for a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting or other financerelated subjects where you learned to prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team.
- You are proficient in spreadsheet software (e.g. Excel) and know to ensure accuracy in calculations and data entry. Previous experience with financial management software is a big plus!
- You speak German on nativelevel and are fluent in English.
- Previous internship/work experience in a financerelated role or a completed commercial vocational apprenticeship is highly advantageous.
