Workload: 100%

As a Site Manager within AXPO Solar ,you ensure the monitoring of construction sites during the construction phase, in
support of the Construction Project Managers and Directors, and in compliance with the safety, quality, cost and deadline
objectives. You are the on-site with client and owners during the construction phase.

What you will do:

• Project Leadership and Coordination: The Site Manager directs construction projects and acts as the main point of contact with clients.
• Supervision and Quality Control: Monitoring the construction execution to ensure the facility's quality.
• Safety and Compliance: Responsible for adhering to safety and environmental standards as well as legal requirements.
• Interface Management: Coordination with local stakeholders and oversight of equipment deliveries.
• Materials and Resource Planning: Planning the required materials and checking their integration into the existing infrastructure.

What you bring & who you are:

• Engineering degree with specialization in Electricity or Civil engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in photovoltaic construction sites preferably on parking canopies
• Good technical knowledge in electricity, civil works is appreciated too
• Autonomous, challenging spirit, strong and diplomatic relationship with institutional partners, sense of synthesis and
pragmatic
• Excellent communication skills in German (primary language)- Fluent English required and French appreciate
• You will be required to be 100% of your time on site and to travel extensivel
