Decypher is seeking Outreach Director candidates to support the ADCMS V contract at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center. The successful candidate will possess the required education, skills, and experience called for in the contract as described below. US Citizenship and active NACI clearance required.

Responsibilities
- Liaise between the DoD Components), National Health Service (NHS), Ministry of Defense Hospital Units (MDHU) and local disaster agencies. The contractor shall aid communications between DoD Components and NHS facilities to improve the flow of information and help trouble shoot information gaps impacting patient care, as directed by Currency Program Director or Chief of Medical Staff (SGH).
- Act as the assistant to the Training Performance Monitor, supporting their efforts in monitoring and overseeing the progress of clinical staff and the progress of the partnership program. This will include but not be limited to organizing, taking minutes, coordinating data collection with the applicable Chiefs (i.e. Chief of Medical Staff, Chief Nurse Executive, Chief of Biomedical Sciences Corps, etc.) to ensure appropriate staff performance documentation is collected, measured, and managed appropriately.
- Initiate, track, and inform all training opportunities with MOD, and American Military, local, and regionally. Participate in the efficient flow of information between the NHS, MDHS and the components by sharing and seeking information as appropriate.
- Maintain and update AFMOA Currency Tracking tool for physicians and other medical professionals. This includes supporting and/or preparing monthly reports for leadership.
- As soon as a physician or nurse has been flagged for the GMC process, it will be the contractor’s responsibility to guide them through the process within three (3) months.
- Maintain and update GMC processes for each of the six (6) surgical specialties and additional medical specialties using excel to track each physicians progress through the process. The contractor shall report this monthly to the Currency Program Director (CPD).
- Research, document and update medical qualification for nurses and technicians to work alongside other NHS and MDHU nurses and technicians. Documenting each nurses progress using Excel.
- Deliver GMC process description documents to MDG upon completion. Updates are to be completed monthly and quarterly.
- Organizes, attends, and supports meetings during normal duty hours and professional staff conferences and other appropriate professional activities such as, but not limited to the following: quality improvement meetings, professional staff meetings, commander's staff meetings, primary care staff meetings, and others required by applicable regulations, MTF guidance, or as directed by CPD or SGH.
- Update General Medical Council (GMC) Certification/registration process
- Assist CPD in instituting nursing and technician staff to participating in local medical community.
- Possess and maintain all documents (e.g. passport) necessary to reside in the United Kingdom.
- The contract employee shall establish an open and professional communication with members of the MTF.
Required Education, Experience and Skills
Degree: Master’s Degree or equivalent in business, healthcare or medical administration or clinical practice.
Education: Must have a Master’s Degree or equivalent in business, healthcare or medical administration or clinical practice where there is evidence of experience in administration, project management or strategy development.
Certification: The contractor is required to obtain a certification in Basic Life Support by the American Heart Association and/or the Red Cross approved training program prior to contract start date.
Experience: Contractor shall have a minimum of 24 months of professional office experience within the last 60 months in a medical administrative, business, or training capacity. Contractor shall have a minimum of 12 months experience in the NHS system. Must have experience in facilitating and executing briefings between executive professional groups successfully. Must have networking experience within executive professional groups. Ability to multi-task. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, rapidly changing environment. Strong aptitude for working in a production driven environment. Must be a self-starter and able to work independently. Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards while maintaining good attendance.
