Job description
Are you looking for a challenging Supply Chain role in the very heart of the organization, right in between commercial & factories? This could be your chance! We are looking for a demand planner within Consumer Dairy Germany.
As a demand planner you create, monitor, enrich, and improve the demand plan (0-18 months) in collaboration with commercial teams (e.g., sales and marketing), in alignment with finance and supply chain. Your primary responsibility is the baseline forecast and on top of that challenging sales concerning promo forecasting. You play a vital role in assuring the best service of our top dairy brands towards our customers, via doing a job with much variation (balancing the analytics with the stakeholder management).
Completed studies with a focus on logistics / Supply Chain Management or comparable qualifications
Proven experience working of at least 2-3 years, preferably in an FMCG, Supply Chain, Logistics or Transportation Planning.

You are customer-focused and can act with speed and decisiveness to achieve the best results
You take responsibility for your work and are continuously looking for new opportunities to make a change
Good communicator; dealing with time pressure and able to frequently reset priorities due to a changed environment
Knowledge of SAP, MicroStrategy & MS Office, and experience with planning software and or dashboarding software is a plus
Fluent in English
You will join an informal and driven Customer Supply Chain team that besides working on the content also frequently engages in team building and fun activities

You will join the demand planning team of Germany (4 FTE & 1 Customer Supply Chain lead). This team is a part of the Customer Supply Chain organization.
