As part of our team, you will acquire expertise and professional experience in all areas of our field of work and will have the following work priorities:
· Support for planning, implementing, and controlling internal global transformation projects in the area of supply chain management
· Support for the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of digital events (e.g. registration process, event support, documentation).
· Maintenance of various communication channels (newsletter, blog, forum, e-mails), creation of texts, and support for our internal website
· Support for consultants in day-to-day business
· Independent analysis of data as well as summarizing and preparing the results
· Collaboration in the development and documentation of processes
Our requirements
· You are studying economics, supply chain management, management & digitization, IT management, or a related field of study
· Master's students
· Communication skills (oral and written) as well as experience with various communication channels and target group-oriented language
· Enjoyment of working with technical solutions (e.g. MS Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, SAP, Signavio) and willingness to learn
· Properly enrolled student throughout the entire period
· Ideally, you already have an internship or other practical experience in the above-mentioned area
· Intercultural competencies
· High level of commitment and initiative as well as independent and structured working methods
· Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, Power Apps, ideally knowledge in the field of RPA technologies
· Very good knowledge of German and English.
