Student Assistant (m/f/o) for Collection of 3D Scans

We are collecting indoor scans and photos of homes and offices. We are looking for a student assistant to help up with these tasks:

• Understand the 3D scan process
• Find places to scan and plan scanning sessions
• Travel to these locations in Munich (or nearby)
• Scan the locations according to our defined procedures
• Transfer, organize and review the collected data

Requirements:

• Flexible working hours, eye for detail, structured and agile method of working
• Good communication skills in English. German is a plus
• Interest in using and maintaining different kinds of electronic hardware
• Having a light workload apart from the job (courses, projects)

Optional, but a plus:

• Experience with DSLR photography (not mobile phone)
• Background in deep learning and 3D computer vision
• Having your own car to travel, costs will be compensated
• Previous experience as a Hiwi at TUM
