NautaDutilh is an international law firm with a leading position in the Benelux and offices in Brussels, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Luxembourg, London and New York. We advise a wide range of major clients in the financial, corporate and technology sectors. The Luxembourg office currently employs 50 lawyers and specialises in corporate and financial law, tax law, IP, IT and TMT law, regulated markets, investment funds, and commercial litigation.

NautaDutilh' s corporate team has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions (for private and public companies), joint ventures, international corporate restructurings, private equity and alternative investment funds. We also regularly assist our clients on a wide range of corporate finance, capital markets and contractual aspects.

Your profile

• You have minimum 3 years of experience in corporate law, private equity, and/or alternative funds
• You hold an EU law degree, LL.M or equivalent
• You have strong analytical and drafting skills, are open-minded, dynamic, and able to work autonomously
• You like challenges and aspire to progress in a stimulating, energic and powerful working environment
• You are team-player and have very good communication and interpersonal skills
• You have a very good command of English and are fluent in French and/or German
