Job description
We are currently looking for an IT Security Analyst to strengthen the Cronos Europa team. Responsibilities Manage operational security Request (ex: Port opening request / Manage password Vault application) Manage operational security incident and implement countermeasures Coordinate all activities related to access management process for technical accounts Contribute to the IT asset identification (information, applications, systems, human resources, infrastructure) and determination of their value for the client and for potential intruders Manage security risks in collaboration with the CISO and DG Itec LISO, apply the policies published by CISO Identify vulnerability concerning IT assets and implement countermeasures Identify & analyse threats (internal/external, accidentally/intentionally) Define, implement, and maintain operational security policy Provide feedback and remarks for the preparation of the security policies Perform continuous operational security audits Design, implement, and maintain security countermeasures Report and process requests related to GDPR activities Coordinate and report the patch management for all the IT infrastructure systems Cooperate and collaborate with the other security services of the client Manage the document repository for the security department Raise security awareness and train staff (internal and external) Technical skills Experience in the IT Infrastructure and Datacentre services areas Knowledge of security at the enterprise level - infrastructure, database and third-party integrations Demonstrated understanding of information security concepts, standards, practices, including but not limited to Firewalls, intrusion prevention and detection, TCP/IP and related protocols Strong understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, access control lists, Firewalls, VPN, and NAT Proven ability to thrive and respond to frequent demands of multiple constituents, both internal and external, in a customer centric manner and high demand environment Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and how they might positivity impact the business Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels and in every department, are essential Demonstrated understanding of access management process Safety management Production of detailed reports to senior management audience Adhering to regulatory and/or compliance requirements Availability to work outside the normal working hours in case of urgent activities Good writing and communicating skills Excellent verbal and written English and/or French language skills and a good command of the other. There may be certain flexibility on this requirement, but limited to particularly suitable candidates who may not yet be proficient in French. If selected, such candidates will be hired on the condition that they build up rapidly knowledge of French. Works cooperatively as part of a team; works collaboratively with peers across organisational boundaries based on a genuine interest in and understanding of others and their individual perspectives and concerns Profile Bachelor degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master degree with 4+ years of experience ITIL foundation certification PMP or other project management methodology Certifications in CISM, Data Center expert Candidates with certification in information security (CISSP, CSSLP, CCFP, CISM, etc.) or comparable work experience will be given preference Ability to participate in multi-lingual (EN and FR) meetings Why Cronos Group?
