What to expect:
For our team in Ingolstadt, we are currently looking for energetic support in the area of occupant protection. Within the scope of this job, the following tasks await you:
- Independent development of load case specific calculation models
- Execution of crash tests and interpretation of the results
- Development of optimization proposals for restraint systems in consultation with the team
- Creation of presentations, documentations and communication of results in customer committees
- Coordination with colleagues from the body and interior development department
What you bring along:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification with specialization in simulation and FEM analysis
- 3+ years simulation and development experiences in the field of occupant safety
- Expertise of FEM tools and relevant simulation software tools ANSA, LS-DYNA or PAM-CRASH
- Independent and structured way of working, as well as analytical way of thinking and reliability
- High level of commitment, communication skills and service mindset
- Fluent in German and English
