Your job...
- … taking a customer centric view, strive to deliver highest customer satisfaction in interacting with high-value LANCOM partners
- ... use your extensive knowledge (Switching, WLAN, VPN, Firewall, cloud-based management) to support customers remotely, via various communication channels
- … take part in product improvement and be included in its implementation
- … identify complex errors and solve complex incidents using your knowledge and experience, deliver in-depth feedback to customers
- … identify potential commercial opportunities during the support process
You are...
- ... native language German speaker or C1 equivalent-level, fluent in Englisch, orally and written communication (additionally French is an advantage)
- … educated in computer science subject (Bachelor or similar) with network computing background, or similar field and experience
- … well-versed in OSI model and basics of TCP/IP, VPN, WLAN and switching
- … experienced with practical application of your knowledge in the technical areas of routing, switching, VLAN, VPN and Linux firewall, with a proven track record
- … mindful of your strengths and open about weaknesses, you are willing to bring your best to work each day to constantly develop and improve yourself
- … natural team player and problem solver, thirsty for new knowledge which you like to share with customers and the team
