- Implementing contract metadata and documents into contract management system
- Maintaining, monitoring, and updating document repositories in procurement and finance systems
- Analyzing and extracting critical data from contractual documents
- Verifying contract summary sheets
- Ensuring high level of data quality and standards
- Reviewing process documentation to ensure consistency with company policies
- Ensuring compliance within the process execution
- Participation in projects and other improvement initiatives within the area of Contract Management
- Providing ad-hoc and regular reports
- Delivering training as and when required
- Organizing regular calls with the relevant stakeholders
* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors
