- Collaborate in a dedicated Agile, cross-functional team developing highly innovative digital data products for Vorwerk customers
- Conduct applied research by conceptualizing, designing, implementing, and validating potential algorithms and improvements
- Research and apply cutting edge machine learning algorithms, run offline experiments, and build online A/B tests to run in production systems
- Together with your team, you take end-to-end responsibility for technical and operational aspects of your deliveries
- Contribute to and benefit from regular exchanges in our communities
- Explore and propose new technologiesby actively participating in conferences and training sessions to continuously enhance your knowledge and expertise in the field of data and AI
Requirements
- Experience in successfully applying machine learning to real-world problems
- Ability to excel in an Agile and open environment
- Strong focus on customer value and customer experience
- Experience in languages and frameworks such as Python, Pytorch, Spark or Scala
- Experience in Data Cloud Platforms preferable AWSand Databricks
- Open and clear style of communication with the ability to communicate and interact internationally and with various stakeholders
- Bachelor, Master, PhD in Computer Science or other technical fields is considered a plus in addition to your practical work experience
- Fluent English language skills, German language is a plus
