You support our team as
HR Manager / HR Business Partner (f/m/d) - limited (2 years)
Responsibilities
- You advise and support the managers and employees in your area of responsibility at the Weinheim site in all matters relating to the employee life cycle
- As a strategic partner for your area, you communicate at eye level with the highest management level
- You are responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of new employees, from the initial briefing through to signing the contract and onboarding
- As part of continuous development, you work proactively to optimize our processes, guidelines and structures
- You maintain a constructive and trusting working relationship with employee representatives
- You are be involved in Group-wide HR projects and support organizational changes and change management processes
- You support personnel development topics (including the talent and performance management process)
- You take on the disciplinary management of an HR Specialist (f/m/d)
Qualifications
- You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or law with a focus on HR or a comparable degree, or you have several years of professional experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist in an industrial company
- You have a sound knowledge of labor and social security law
- Due to your IT affinity, you enjoy working with modern HR tools (SAP R3 HR, Workday)
- You use your strong social and communication skills, empathy and assertiveness in the context of stakeholder management
- You are characterized by integrity and trustworthiness
- Very good German and good English skills complete your profile
