Head of MS&T (f/m/d)
for the site Starnberg (Percha), Germany

Your key responsibilities
- Support the Science and Technology Organization under the Chief Scientific Officer and the Aenova Operations network of sites with all Technology and Manufacturing Processes related aspects
- Support the roadmap for pharmaceutical development, ensure sites deliver with excellence all Product LifeCycle projects and Technology Transfer projects and approve quotes and customer monetization for such programs
- Provide global oversight for Process & Cleaning validation practices as well as Continuous Process Verification, deliver technical support to Operations and Quality
- Identify and implement Product Lifecycle Projects that benefit quality, service and cost for Aenova Group – across technologies
- Recommend Technology Strategies that support the Growth imperatives of the group
- Evaluate new business opportunities as well as M&A opportunities
Your profile
- Master or similar degree or higher in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering or comparable
- Work experience for 10 years or more in the pharmaceutical industry, across multiple dosage forms and technologies (aseptic manufacturing, Solid Dose, Semi-Solids &Liquids, Packaging processes, Fill&Finish of Biologics), including management of complex technical projects
- Familiar with all major international regulatory requirement for pharmaceutical dosage forms in the industry (EMA, FDA, ANVISA etc.)
- Experience in Business Process Management and Project Management
- High self-motivation to make a difference in the area of pharmaceutical compliance
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities in combination with a high degree of communication skills
- English fluently is a must, German and/or Italian are of advantage
