Responsibilities include
- You are the core of our company when it comes to day-to-day accounting. You are responsible for ensuring that all payment processes run smoothly and that we have a good overview of our income and expenditure.
- Carrying out accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting in Datev
- Taking responsibility for cash management
- Interface between our company and the tax office
- Main contact person for all employees
- Carrying out monthly postings and the monthly closing in cooperation with our tax consultant, including cost centers
- Preparation of the annual financial statements
- (taking over the advance VAT return)
- Handling the dunning process
- Preparation and maintenance of ongoing liquidity planning
- Support in controlling

Job profile
- Successfully completed commercial training
- At least 2 years of professional experience in financial accounting
- Previous knowledge of Datev
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Independent and autonomous way of working
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and an analytical mindset
- Enjoy continuously developing your area of responsibility
