The Data & AI Team Leader role will primarily focus you on integrating systems and managing complex data architectures, while introducing your team to the world of AI projects. You will be responsible for leading a team that optimizes data integration and processing and lays the foundation for innovative AI applications.

Your tasks include

• You will lead a team of professionals with  a focus on data integration and data management

• You will develop and implement  robust data integration strategies to ensure an efficient and effective data flow and processing infrastructure

• Coordinating with other departments to identify  integration needs and opportunities to improve data accessibility and usage across the organization is equally important to you

• You monitor and improve  data quality, security and governance .

• You may initiate and lead  initial AI projects , including machine learning and data analysis, to drive innovation for Budenheim

• You will actively participate in the  strategic planning of IT projects to ensure data and AI initiatives support business goals

What you bring with you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics or similar training
• 3 - 5 years of professional experience in the areas of  data integration, data management or system integration , with a clear focus on technological solutions
• Initial experience in leading teams and successfully implementing projects.
• Strong knowledge of  database management , ETL processes, API management and data modeling techniques
• Basic experience working with  AI technologies , including machine learning and data analysis preferred
• Experience working with  cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
