At the Plattling site we are looking for an experienced employee to support our management team as

Business Manager (m/f/d)

Main tasks:

- Documentation and evaluation of all customer and company driven design changes
- Work with the program development team throughout the program and series launch lifecycle to ensure customer expectations are met and managed
- Develop customer proposals in accordance with standard business documents
- Participate and lead regular program meetings with the customer and IAC management
- Support sales/program management in responding to new business inquiries and program related tender packages
- Price evaluation and negotiation of all customer changes
- Support for the acquisition area to win orders
- Maintenance of operating systems

Requirements Profile :

- At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry in a commercial/sales-oriented management/cost position within a regional organization
- Successfully completed commercial training or studies, preferably with a focus on sales
- Effective communication both internally, externally and with customers
- Ability to adapt to work location including business travel
- Flexibility to change priorities in response to changing program/project/management requirements
- Fluent in English
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a team
