We’re here to help people find that perfect fitting shoe every single time. We have created a way to make a 3D scan of your feet and match that profile with our own (and the world’s largest) database of 3D-scanned shoes. The fit we hope to find

We are looking for a driven and dynamic Customer Success Specialist to help our customers in Europe, primarily in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), optimize the usage of our scanners and deliver a personalized shopping experience to their end consumers. The perfect fit for this role is a fluent German speaker with a background in retail or services/account management, driven by a passion for customer success.

What you will do

Our solution is used by retailers globally, and your role is crucial in ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our product, delivering a superior experience to their end consumers. You will proactively engage with our customers, establish relationships, monitor customer success KPIs, conduct training sessions, perform routine store visits and resolve issues. Reporting to the Account Manager DACH, you will collaborate closely with various internal teams to successfully implement the customer activation plan.

For this position, you will be working either from our office in Athens Greece (Kifissia) and often travel abroad or if you are based in Germany you will be working fully remotely.
