Job description

The registered office of RIGO Trading S.A. is established in the municipality of Niederanven in the EBBC business complex close to the Findel Airport. The company started up only in 2014 and employs currently more than 87 employees.

One purpose of the company is the acquisition by purchase, registration, and transfer by sale or exchange of intellectual and industrial property rights. RIGO Trading S.A. takes care of the procurement and in particular the purchase of CAPEXs, raw materials, packaging and print materials, for the activities of the companies of its group and the distribution of goods produced on the Luxembourg market and to duty free and retail customers worldwide. The global Travel Retail Management and as well the associated Marketing and Key Account Management have been successfully established in RIGO Trading S.A. during the course of the years 2015 and 2016. Since 2017 the Global Export / Developing Countries Management (for more than 40 countries) and Sales and Marketing activities have been consolidated in Luxembourg as well.

For our Customer Service Department Travel Retail we are looking for a highly motivated, pragmatic and open-minded Specialist Customer Service Employee starting as soon as possible. The Specialist Customer Service is part of a dynamic and international team and provides support to the Travel Retail
Department by managing daily operational tasks.

Main responsibilities

• Support the order to Cash process coordination:
  • order input and follow up
  • pro-active communication to customer
  • coordination of deliveries with Logistic provider
  • Invoicing process
• Managing complaints
• International client service (administration, certificates handling, custom processes awareness)
• Support internal analytical report and activities to coordinate department success and process (e.g. master data management, analysis of Sales…)
• Supporting the logistics coordination of internal events and projects: co-packing activities, special shipment…
• Supply contact for Luxembourg local business towards agent (supply of goods) and customers (order to cash follow up, invoicing)
• Ad hoc duties and departments projects assistance where required
• Assist in administrative work

Requested Profile:

• Bachelor degree in international trade or logistics/supply chain management or similar
• Work experience of at least 2 years in international business (preferred in FMCG and food sector)
• Good numerical and analytical skills, attention to details
• Understand needs of the department and commit to projects to improve efficiency
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Reliable, pro-active, ability to multi-task
• Constant professional attitude towards challenge
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Languages: English business fluent, German is considered as an asset
• MS-Office: proficient in Excel: Pivot analysis, top 10 work-formulas and features.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
