Job description
Our client, a global telecommunication company, is recruiting a Claim Manager to join their project in Germany.

Responsibilities :
As a trusted contact person for the clients and contractors, you will coordinate the processing of claims (repairs/repair work) on roof and pole sites
Take over the complete processing of damage claims, from acceptance and monitoring to the solution
Develop, independently and creatively, solutions for damage handling
Commission and coordinate the respective trades for repair work
Monitoring budget, time and costs
Monitoring Quality and ensure compliance with contractual Service Level Agreements
Requirements :
Completed education as a Master Craftsman, state-certified technician in the technical trade sector or similar education
5 years of professional experience in Claim Management
Willingness to travel within Germany
Confident use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Professional experience in the field of mobile communications infrastructure - desirable
German and English - fluent (written and spoken)
