Job description

Our client is a well-established financial services group with a human size presence in Kirschberg. Due to planned leave they now seek an experienced Corporate Officer to support the Group Company Secretary. Our client offers a pleasant working environment with an international culture.

Responsibilities include:

• Complete full range of company secretarial tasks
• Maintain statutory books and records
• Maintain statutory and regulatory documentation and filings
• Administration of the Luxembourg in-house companies to include all Conducting Officer/Management/Exco meetings 
• Correspond with internal departments and statutory and regulatory authorities as required
• Draft minutes and resolutions for meetings
• Board pack preparation

Competencies required:

• 3-5 years’ relevant finance industry experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge and understanding of the local finance industry and regulatory requirements in which we operate
• Strong technical skills (Company Law/Corporate Governance)
• Excellent professional English language skills essential and another European language advantageous
• A business-friendly approach
• Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise
