For our locations in Haiger, Monheim, Stuttgart or Gräfelfing, we are looking for a technology enthusiast who is ready for creative tasks and an innovative field of activity. If willing to travel, a 100% remote position is also possible.
IT Content Manager (m/f/d) Knowledge Management
Tasks
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the creation and management of self-help articles and resources for IT end users
- Work with the support team to identify common issues and develop self-help solutions
- Creating clear, understandable and well-structured instructions, FAQs and other self-help resources to solve problems for IT end users in German and English
- Management as an interface to all related areas for the consolidation and clarification of knowledge articles
- Management of a central and global knowledge database for easily accessible and up-to-date information
- Conducting training to promote a self-help culture among IT end users
- Monitoring the effectiveness of self-help resources and continuously adapting them to the needs of IT end users
- Regular status reports to management and recommendation of improvements
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, knowledge management, business administration or a related field
- Proven experience in knowledge management, ideally with a focus on end-user self-help in a support environment
- In-depth knowledge of knowledge management practices, processes and systems
- Experience with knowledge management tools and technologies is an advantage
- Profound knowledge of written and spoken German and English
- Communicative, team-oriented personality with the ability to present complex technical information in an understandable and user-friendly way, e.g. instructions, FAQs and training courses
- Proactive problem-solving behavior and analytical thinking skills
- Flexible mindset to work in a dynamic environment and manage priorities effectively
