Job description

As a Project Manager (m/f/d) at Viessmann Technologies (Vitec), you will be part of a team of highly skilled professionals in the clean room industry. You will be the central contact person for our world-class customers' planning, implementation, and comprehensive support. You will be responsible for managing international cleanroom projects in the different areas of expertise at Vitec such as hospitals, life sciences, pharma, high-tech industries, and indoor farming. You will take full ownership of different projects from the start to the commissioning. You will report to the Head of Project Management Operations.

Your impact

Managing technical and commercial projects, including responsibility for material procurement, installation planning, cost, scheduling, and quality control, as well as documentation

• Steering technical and commercial coordination with business management and sales department
• Supporting customers from initial contact to successful handover/opening of the project
• Using traditional and agile methods and applying them confidently and profitably
• Implementing projects in line with costs, deadlines, and quality
• Complying with safety-relevant regulations on the construction site

Who you are

You are used to communicating with different decision-makers and bringing customer- and team-oriented thinking and acting. You also have:

• A degree in engineering (HVAC, mechanical engineering, civil engineering) or architecture or an apprenticeship in construction
• More than 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Experience in clean room services or related industry, engineering services, and general construction is required
• Business proficient in French, and English; German is an advantage
• Experience with ERP systems, design tools (CAD), and G-Suite
• Working location preference is the area of Hof, Germany (other locations will also be considered)
• Willingness to travel internationally, occasionally
