Job description

Responsibilities:

1. You are the technical expert for our existing consumer product range and act as technical translator towards colleagues and customers
2. Internally, you support colleagues from the Sales department with all inquiries related to technical and product application aspects; externally you support our customers in cases of complaints
3. This role is a key function to build-up and maintain deploy product knowledge within the FHCS organization, typically via trainings
4. You monitor and manage product certificates and ensure that the status is always up-to date (e.g. GS, CE, Oekotex etc.)
5. Lastly, you support the Technical and Marketing communities by organizing and conducting scientific studies e.g in the area of sustainability, technical market monitoring and competitor analysis

Qualifications:

1. You completed vocational studies with a technical background e.g. in textile management or similar
2. You are self-confident, open and you have a hands-on pragmatic and solution oriented approach to your tasks
3. You have excellent communication and presentation skills, making it easy for you to communicate across diverse functions and levels
4. It is easy for you to translate technical features into consumer and marketing language
5. You are fluent in English (verbally and written). German, Italian or Chinese are a plus
