KONECTA Group is currently recruiting German + English speaker agents to join our multilingual team!

Within this position you will be in customer service.

Our office is located in Barcelona - Barceloneta (Metro L4) or Estación de Francia (Rodalies) or Ciutadella ' Vila Olímpica (Metro L4 y Tram T4).

37.5 hours per week - Monday to Sunday

Permanent Contract

Starting date : End of January 2024

Opening time of the service: Rotating shift Between 09am - 19pm with Some Sundays during sales

REQUIREMENTS

• German native speaker with advanced level in English
• Another language is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and writting
• Computer skills
